Shipping Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours unless placed on a holiday or during the weekend.
Depending on the location, majority of the orders shipped within the US continent are delivered within 10-15 business days.
Orders shipped to countries other than the USA, are delivered within 21-28 days from the day they are shipped.

Please note: During the holiday season, there may be some delays in the delivery of orders due to the large volume of mail. Kindly bear with us at this time.

Accurate Mailing Address

To ensure prompt delivery, we request all our customers to provide us with an accurate and complete mailing address.
There will be no refund or reshipment in case of an incorrect shipping address. Likewise, if the shipping company provides us with proof of successful delivery of your merchandise, no refunds or reshipments shall be offered.
Once the shipment is delivered to the shipping address provided, the order is the receiver's responsibility.

Shipping Charge

We provide free shipping on all orders shipped within the USA. We also offer 'Tracked Shipping' at an additional cost of $6.95, irrespective of the size of your order.
'Tracked Shipping' option allows you to track your order all the way, so you can get an idea about the anticipated delivery date.
For orders shipped to countries other than the USA, a shipping cost worth $9.95 will be applicable.

Guaranteed Delivery

If your order is undelivered within 25 business days, we'll process a complete refund or will reship the order with no additional cost as per your convenience.
We seek your patience and cooperation during certain times of the year such as holiday season or extreme weather conditions as the shipping takes longer than usual on these occasions.
If you end up receiving your original order after being refunded or receiving a reshipment due to a delayed original shipment, we request you to contact us by calling our toll-free number at 1-800-982-1308 or sending us an email at customerservice@canadapetcare.com. You may either return the additional shipment or keep it by paying for the same.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the order after receiving it, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order so that we can provide you with the return address and Return Reference Number (RRN).
Please note, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging only.
