We, at CanadaPetCare request you to read the Holiday Special Lucky Draw Contest terms before participating in the event. Your active participation in the contest confirms that you have read the terms defined herein and you agree to be bound by them.
Contest Period
The Holiday Special Lucky Draw Contest will be in effect from December 18, 2023, 12:00 AM EST to January 10, 2024, 11:59 PM EST.
Eligibility Criteria
- The CanadaPetCare Holiday Special Lucky Draw is open to all.
- Contestants who fill out the entry form by clicking 'Register Now' will be eligible for the contest.
- All entries received between December 18, 2023, and January 10, 2024 are eligible for participation.
- There's no fee to take part in the contest.
How to Participate
- To participate in CanadaPetCare's Holiday Special Lucky Draw Contest, all you need to do is fill in the details in the entry form by clicking 'Register Now'.
- Once you provide all the information, submit the form and you’re in.
- All participants should register their entries before the last date of the contest. No entries will be accepted after the last date, i.e., January 10, 2024.
- Participants are requested to provide a valid email address when filling out the entry form as the prize vouchers will be sent to the registered email and the voucher can only be redeemed with that email.

Contest Award
There will be multiple winners of the Holiday Special Lucky Draw Contest.
Winner Announcement
- Holiday Special Lucky Draw Contest winners will be drawn randomly by the lucky draw method on January 11, 2024.
- All lucky winners will receive an email notification with prize vouchers.
- We request each participant to check email on January 11, 2024, including spam/junk folders of the respective email accounts.
Prize Vouchers
- The price vouchers can be redeemed on CanadaPetCare.com.
- The prize vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable and is valid only with registered email.
- One prize voucher can only be redeemed once.
- The prize vouchers cannot be split into two different transactions.
- The price vouchers cannot be encashed and are only subject to be redeemed on orders placed on CanadaPetCare.
- The price vouchers are valid only till June 30, 2024, once expired a voucher cannot be redeemed.
Miscellaneous
- CanadaPetCare cannot be held accountable for damage and/or loss and/or dismay borne by any contestant regarding the lucky draw contest.
- The acceptance and use of the prize voucher is the responsibility of the lucky draw winner.
- The participants including the winners during their participation agree to be bound by the conditions mentioned herein and those specified in our Terms of Use section.
- Contestants are responsible for providing correct and valid information. We are not accountable if a winner cannot be contacted because of incorrect contact details.
- CanadaPetCare holds all the rights to determine a winner.
- We may halt/discontinue the contest at any point without prior notification.
- All the information shared by the participants shall be used per our Privacy Policy.
- CanadaPetCare holds all the rights to terminate any contestant violating the terms and/or behaving in a deceptive and/or fraudulent fashion.
