MalasebDermcare Shampoo

MalasebDermcare is an excellent skin care product for dogs, cats, and horses suffering from dermatitis. It fights fungus and yeast with its antifungal effects. It is a well-established antibacterial agent that is effective against both gramme -positive and gram – negative bacteria. The shampoo works well on scaly and irritated skin. Seborrheic dermatitis is also treated and controlled with medicated shampoo. Malaseb is safe and does not peel natural lipids from the skin as it contains no harsh chemicals.

Pyohex Medicated Conditioner

Pyohex conditioner should be used in conjunction with medicated shampoo to treat bacterial skin infections in dogs. The antifungal conditioner contains Chlorhexidine gluconate, which aids in the treatment and prevention of Staphylococcus intermedius with its antiseptic properties. This combination of the leave-on medicated conditioner and Malaseb Dermcare shampoo provides effective protection against a variety of skin disorders in dogs.

Directions

Shampoo:

Wet animal thoroughly with clean water.
Apply shampoo to the animal at several points and massage into the coat.
A sponge may assist lathering and penetration of shampoo into the coat.
Ensure shampoo is applied around the lips, under the tail and between the toes as these areas harbor causative organisms.
Leave shampoo on the animal for 10 minutes then rinse off thoroughly with clean water.
Repeat twice weekly until symptoms abate, then weekly or as directed by your veterinary surgeon.

Conditioner:

Apply should always be used after shampoo.
Take small amount of conditioner and apply it on the wet coat.
Spread evenly and let it stay there without rinsing it.

Malaseb and Pyohex

My dog has skin allergies, and the shampoo is gentle and does not cause any skin irritations. The Pyohex is also gentle and provides another layer of protection. Although the scent is very minimal, a little amount of the shampoo gives a nice thin layer of lather. The only downside is having to leave the shampoo on my dog for ten minutes before rinsing in order to be effective. To pass the time, I continue to work the shampoo on my dog thoroughly and brush her teeth. Rinse off is easy! Pyohex is very easy to apply once your dog is dry. I generously rub the conditioner all over my dog and it dries quickly.
